Your Tour Contract: The contract between you, the Client, and Nature Villa Tours and Travels is of utmost importance to us. Rest assured that your contract details will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties. We commit to standing with our customers in the event of any disputes or claims. However, please note that we are not liable for personal or individual matters. Only the director of Nature Villa Tours and Travels holds the authority to amend or omit any terms outlined herein. Promises of discounts or promotions will only be considered if made in written form.
Secure your Booking: To secure your booking, a minimum deposit is required. This deposit is mandatory for all tour packages, and occasionally, a higher deposit may be requested to cover specific payment conditions. Please familiarize yourself with the booking conditions and general information pertaining to your selected tour packages. Payment for your Tour: Following the deposit, the balance amount must be settled within one week. In certain cases, full payment may be required prior to the commencement of the holiday. The "balance due date" will be communicated to you either in person at our office or via email. Failure to make payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Change in Booking: Requests for changes to bookings can be accommodated under certain emergency conditions. However, repeated changes are not entertained. Minor changes may be permitted under specific circumstances.
Cancellation of Booking: Cancellation of bookings is permitted under certain circumstances. Please notify us via phone or email within the stipulated time frame. Cancellation charges may apply, and please note that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

However, we are not liable for any criminal or violent acts that may occur during your journey. We urge you to act responsibly and refrain from engaging in any illegal activities.
Brochure/ Website/ Advertising: While we strive to provide accurate information in our website, brochure, itineraries, and other advertising materials, errors may occasionally occur, and information is subject to change.
